I had a mixed experience at this resort spa. On one hand, the views of the Colorado River were absolutely stunning, and the clean rooms were a nice touch. However, the service was lacking at times, especially with limited staff available to help with luggage. The outdated rooms and poorly functioning amenities left me feeling disappointed during my stay. While it is decent for a short trip, it could use significant improvements to enhance the overall experience.

The hotel has some great amenities and entertaining activities, but unfortunately, my experience with the room and service fell short. While the food from the restaurant was absolutely fantastic, the lack of efficient service and the state of the room made it a frustrating stay overall. The casino and family-friendly activities were enjoyable, but the outdated facilities and parking situation could really use improvement.
